When you participate in the live life lighter contest it is not a cliché to say, “Everyone is a winner,” even if you are not the grand prizewinner.  You will likely achieve a reduction in body fat and weight, increased muscular strength (if you use the 30 exercise classes), added lean muscle mass, and the boost in self-confidence you will feel as your health and wellness improves.

This 12-week intensive contest has an entry fee of only $499 and includes all the content of a comprehensive program that retails for $1500.  The main difference is it takes place in a group atmosphere.  The group environment fosters support for one another and is anther motivational factor

You will receive all the tools needed to start living a healthy lifestyle including:

• Complete nutritional and vitals analysis including: body fat % measurement, height & weight measurements, blood pressure, and blood work interpretation (bring with you any blood tests less than 1 year old during you one-on-one)
• Weekly group nutritional seminars (please refer to events for the topics)*
• First Week – Unlimited group movement studio classes
• Group movement studio classes: 30-class card ($500 value!)
• 50% off additional movement classes during the 3-month program

The contestant of this group who loses the greatest percentage of overall body weight will be the **grand prizewinner. He/She will receive everything they need to maintain a healthy lifestyle, including:

• Group movement studio class card for 10 sessions
