With the live life lighter contest you get an exercise card worth 30 classes from the movement studio at The Green Spa & Wellness Center. For a list of classes and times visit Exercise Classes Brooklyn, this site will keep up to date classes, teachers, and times for all movement studio classes offered on the 30-sessions class pass. There are no rules on how much you can exercise, who trains you, and how many times you get trained but it is recommended that you take advantage of all 30 exercise class sessions.

If you have body pain or you are currently going through rehabilitation for an area of the body it is possible to have staff check and see if your insurance covers therapeutic exercise with Dr. Gordon Kuang. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (C.S.C.S.) and has a decade of experience training pregnant females to division II athletes, but it must be injury related. Please speak to him about your circumstances and ALWAYS tell trainers of any past injuries.

**The only concrete rule is that no performance enhancers or cosmetic surgery is allowed. If a contestant is caught breaking these rules it is grounds for immediate disqualification **
